It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled or re-scheduled and the date and time of any re-scheduled event.  Where an event is cancelled or re-scheduled or moves to a different venue, Ffoton Wales will reasonably endeavour to notify you using the details you provided at the time of ordering and, where possible, on our website and Social Media channels. Ffoton Wales does not guarantee that you will be informed of such changes or cancellation before the date of the Event.

The total refund for any ticket shall be the face value of the ticket purchased. Any refunds will be made within 14 days of purchase date.
